Despat is only available for Android since iOS allows no camera usage while the screen is off. The recommended way of installing the App is through the Google PlayStore:
Alternatively the app can be downloaded directly as an Android App Bundle:
Copy the file to your device, enable installing from unknown sources (Settings > Security > Unknown Sources) and install with a file manager app.
